Vila Alba Resort

Location: 3 minutes to the small beach, 2 swimming pools, clean room, beautiful hotel, comfortable bed and bathroom. Food was good, and breakfast 4/5.

It was such a treat to stay at The Vila Alba Resort. The location - dreamy and peaceful, within a coastal conservation area, away from the development of neighbouring towns although they are within short driving distance for a change of evening dinner options. The facilities on site were superb as were the staff. Breakfast choice, lunchtime snacks and service superb too. The resort leads on to what were a couple of our favourite secluded beaches along the Algarve. Newish boardwalks/steps, then rocky access at the end at certain tide times. We came to the area to visit the caves by kayak and it was just a short walk away to connect up with the necessary tour companies and would say we had the best experience from this destination, east of Benagil.

The place was serene and secluded and only a 15 minute ride from the action. The beach and its view was beautiful. The staff amazing!

Beautiful, beautiful place. The location, the views, everything was perfect. Completely out of the way in the unspoilt coastline of the national park The hotel is designed like a picture perfect village, so it was lovely just to walk around. The food is extremely good.
